Mark, this is a "ground-zero" question. Thank you for asking it. Your humble servant here realizes social media are a must today; it takes time to master the skills to make them work for us. This is one of this writer's first-goals in 2013 after settling into his Florida condo. He has purchased two how-to guides to applying social media and plans to work through them. It is too risky now not to know how to use social media. It is as crucial as learning computing has been.
