Trend Forecasting as Values Clarification: Nicholas, in the final
analysis, our focus, past (problems) or future (opportunities) is a
matter of personal choice. The challenge is limits to resources. If
we do one we cannot in all likelihood do the other. In fact, trend
forecasting is very much and exercises in values clarification. What
