Christopher Columbus and Taosit Empty Space Apply to Futuring.

Kelly, thank you for sharing your career journey.  It is a case study in what Chinese Taoism calls "Empty Space."  We cannot do what we do not know.  To progress, we need to venture into areas that are unknown to us.  In this case, it was from pure science to teaching.  As you point out, teaching was not on your career road map; when you ventured into these "unchartered waters" you discovered, as did Christopher Columbus, a whole "New World."  Bravo!   Keep sailing!  Dr. Rux
