Thanks again Dr. Rux for your comments and encouraging words. I agree with you that a case study will be a powerful technique to my study and I will do it. Your guidance has put me in this way and I am sure that this is the best choice.
On the other hand, I am taking a course titled “Leading change” (whose professor is Dr. McGivern, other dissertation committee member) and I found this quote: “Good leaders take you where you want to go….Great leaders take you where you ought to be!”— Rosalyn Carter. I think that you are a great leader.
