Carl, this does the job! It is amazing how many persons still are not aware of the insights of andragogy when they plan adult education. Too often it is a repeat of high school pedagogical processes, settings. In fact, my PC support person in town tells me he is getting more and more demands for one-to-one coaching on how to use the computer in the privacy of customer homes or offices, not in classrooms or online. This is andragogy big time; he is planning to make this his main income stream! Of course, your adult education professor here is all for it!
