Singe and Double-Loop Learning for the Future

At the WFS conference over the weekend in Chicago panelists again and again stressed learn, unlearn, and relearn as basic to survival as we move into the future.  Think Charles Darwin.  The single and double-loop (unlearn) learning model comes from Chris Agyris.  I would like folks to give him credit.  They use his idea without citing him.  Ouch.
