Telework

Nichole, at the World Future Society conference in Chicago over the weekend, the panel on economic development underscored how telework (an estimated 40% of the workforce now does it to some degree) is going to become a driver in how communities must plan for the future.  They restated Richard Florida's The Great Reset.  People who telework will want access to goods and services within "walking distance" of their home offices.  Goodbye commuting, malls.
