Lisa, yes, at the WFS conference a consultant from CT confirmed that in Wisconsin our economic development agencies are not even in the parade to the future. He confirmed what you humble servant here has suspected. We are wasting millions of scarce dollars on bureaucrats who lake foresight - and do not know it and do not care.
