Let Future Self-Organize

First, Marti, thank you for your kind words about the "street advice" from me on how to handle OD.  Second, the study of Chaotics argues that systems are self-organizing.  This means what you have said here.  Let the stakeholders reach the point where they must reorganize, and then they are ready to listen to proposals.  Right now, the organizational readiness is not there; as you note, it is coming soon "good and hard." I love "Chaos Theory" for it saves a lot of wear and tear on folks who want to do good.  Yes, do good; timing counts.  Do it at the time readiness is in place because of the pain of the mess!   Keep up your good work!   Dr. Rux
