Timothy, the Wall Street Journal and USA Today are my favorite scans for forecasts. At the 2012 World Future Society Conference in Toronto I learned about US planning for possible war with China over oil in the South China Sea. Today, the Wall Street Journal editorial page featured an article on this very real danger, possibility, hopefully not probablility. Frankly, this scanning confirmation of Conference information has depressed your humble servant.
