As we shall study later in our course, we are now moving into a "visual culture " (Naisbitt), and graphics like mind mapping can help us to focus group discussion quickly. They also enhance solo presentations of information. Yes, a "picture is worth a thousand words," especially in our emerging "visual culture" today.
