Insight into team building for change management.

Gentle people, sometimes we can miss what is right in front of us.  In this case, it is the team and change skilling we get from the very process of our course itself.  This is why your humble servant wants to share this part of a journal post from one of our course members below.  It speaks for itself; you can see how the insight points out how our course activities are also a practice lab in team building too:

"When we discussed ,on the course discussion board, our S-T-P plan and read and listened to each other’s plans we developed a sense of community where we felt comfortable to make suggestions and give advice to each other. It often happens that in the course of a discussion board post I look at the issue in a different way and can implement another facet of change that I previously have not seen. Most of us have been together for several classes and we have become a team or community thus lending to a sense of trust that can enable our inner egos to let go and accept constructive advice. We are most certainly a collaborative community of learners and we only need to fulfill our obligations of posting and respond."

Thank you for this astute insight, observation.  Dr. Rux
