Future of Enrollments in Higher Education

Yes, student retention is going to become more and more crucial as enrollments decline due to lack of ROI, return on investment, in higher education.  If students manage to enroll more and more the challenge will be to keep them enrolled.  Your research is "on trend," and you could become a valuable expert to higher education to achieve this.  Your humble servant here has taught in private prep schools.  Tuition drove them.  As a result, retention was crucial.  Parents took out tuition insurance for by Christmas each year, we lost 1/3 of the enrollment at one prep school!  We faculty laughed that we started teaching on New Year's each academic year. The rest was retention and legal documentation to prevent lawsuits.
